Senior Communications Specialist

The Communications Lead coordinates and leads delivery of a communications strategy that drives stakeholder engagement, media presence, digital outreach, and marketing activities. The role reports to the Manager Communications and Engagement.
About the Role- Crafts and edits content for diverse audiences and channels, aligning with organisational goals and messaging.
- Provides high-level advice and support to the Manager and other senior staff members on communications strategies.
- Coordinates a team to develop high-quality outputs for stakeholder materials, media releases, digital platforms, and campaigns.
This position offers flexible work arrangements, allowing employees to choose between working in Melbourne CBD or Bendigo. Key skills required include:
