Job Title: Community Reintegration Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Community Reintegration Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising teams of individuals at community work sites, promoting the rehabilitative benefits of these initiatives and enhancing community safety.

Your role will involve ensuring a safe environment for work teams, communicating complex tasks and setting work goals. You will also need to transport individuals and equipment in a mini-bus to and from community work sites.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong people management and social skills, as well as the ability to manage conflict and build rapport with others.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
