Job Title: Physiotherapist - Aged Care and Disability Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join our team at HealthcareLink, providing exceptional quality care within the Aged Care and Disability Sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality Physiotherapy assessments and interventions for consumers within the context of Aged Care
* Complete consumer-focused Physiotherapy assessments to manage a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardio-respiratory disorders
* Ensure integrated service delivery and follow-up, coordinating and communicating as required
* Incorporate a holistic approach to healthcare that includes health promotion activities for consumers
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of information in the management system
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards
* Provide manual handling and education training for carers and family members
* Consult with site staff, doctors, consumers, family, and other care professionals to develop consumer care plans
* Regularly review consumer outcomes and make necessary changes to align with consumer goals

* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Current Working With Children Check
* Valid Australian working rights
* Full Registration with AHPRA
* Vaccination in line with government mandates
* Own car and valid driver's license
