Job Description

We are seeking a Culinary Support Assistant to join our team at Kingston Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing culinary support services, including meal preparation, plating and delivery. You will also assist with cleaning patient trays, washing and sanitizing kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to patients and staff;
  • Assist with cleaning patient trays and washing and sanitizing kitchen equipment;
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Food Handling Certificate (SITXFSA001);
  • Experience working in a food service or hospitality environment;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
