Senior IT Architect Position Overview

This role is focused on delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer experiences through strategic product management and technical expertise. As a senior IT architect, you will lead the implementation of ITOM projects for global customers, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues and fostering strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Critical Customer Issues: Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve high-priority problems, utilizing your analytical skills and technical expertise to design scalable solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster open communication and knowledge-sharing between customers, product development teams, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and improve product direction.
  • Develop Best Practices: Analyze real-world customer implementations to identify trends, best practices, and areas for improvement, informing product strategy and guiding future development efforts.
  • Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues: Utilize your technical acumen to troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical problems in real-time, developing innovative solutions that are often integrated into future product releases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in one or more areas: AI integration, ITOM products, cloud management platforms, scripting languages, ITIL/CMDB implementations, and enterprise architecture domains.
  • Implementation Experience: At least 7 years of experience implementing 2 or more ServiceNow ITOM products, including registered implementations and relevant certifications.
  • Certifications: Hold CIS certifications in 2 or more ITOM products, as well as CSA and application developer certifications.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, cultural adaptability, and proven team player and team builder abilities.
