Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: A successful track record of helping elite sports teams leverage coaching, performance analysis, and/or player recruitment workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: The ability to work effectively across departments, including coaching, performance analysis, recruitment, and sports science.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong skills in qualifying sales opportunities, conveying ideas, and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Goal-Oriented: A motivated individual who is driven by improving the customer experience and achieving revenue goals within your team and region.
  • Analytical Mindset: A balance of scientific methods and numbers, with a willingness to get hands-on and interact with customers.
