Transformational Certification Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to drive the growth and success of our certification programs.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in program coordination, marketing, community management, or education-related roles, with strong project management and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to scale certification operations.
- Co-developing the Certifications strategy for product learning and CargoWise Certifications.
- Creating engaging content to retain certified users, including copywriting for newsletters, case studies, articles, and marketing communications.
- Designing and managing rewards programs, campaigns, competitions, and community membership initiatives to drive engagement.
The successful candidate will be able to work with data and reporting tools, create engagement campaigns and user incentives, and possess a proactive, self-starter approach with the ability to work independently.
This is a hands-on, impactful role where you will help scale one of our most important global initiatives.
