About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and support across all aspects of our business, including contractual, property, employment, regulatory, and commercial matters. They will also provide strategic legal guidance, contract drafting, and negotiation in collaboration with senior legal counsel.

Responsibilities
  • Support senior legal counsel on strategic initiatives and legal projects
  • Advise on legal responsibilities, disputes, and regulatory compliance
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including procurement, construction, consultancy, and confidentiality agreements
  • Monitor legislative changes impacting our operations
  • Provide legal input into risk management processes and develop strategies
About the Candidate

We seek a qualified lawyer with a tertiary law degree from a common law jurisdiction and a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, ideally with experience in commercial, property, employment, environment, construction, or resources law. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Australia and eligible for a WA practicing certificate.

They will possess advanced drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and proven ability to manage competing priorities. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, demonstrated capacity for independence and initiative, and be able to build effective relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
