About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator for a 3-month contract role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, storage, production allocation, and dispatch of goods in the GroundProbe Windsor warehouse.

This role involves organizing inventory, supporting the Supply and Production team through internal picking of production orders and packing of sales orders for external customers, and assisting in alerting when inventory needs to be transported to offsite storage.

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator will also assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Goods: Unload and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and checking for damages or discrepancies;
  • Stock Control and Inventory Management: Accurately label, store, and organize stock, while conducting daily cycle counts to maintain inventory records;
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, label, and pack orders accurately, and finalize production orders once returned from technicians;
  • Safety: Ensure all work follows health and safety guidelines, and perform daily equipment checks for forklifts and stock pickers;
  • General Support: Collaborate with the Supply and Production team to ensure smooth operations and alert employees of their deliveries.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in warehouses, purchasing, stock control, and/or inventory management;
  • Forklift license advantageous;
  • Understanding of Inventory management;
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems;
  • Understanding of QA inspection procedures.
