Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled project planning and programming consultant to join our team of experts.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong understanding of Australian construction law principles.

Key responsibilities include reviewing building contractor's baseline programmes, preparing programmes for development and construction phases, and writing professional reports analysing impacts and delays.

  • Review and verify contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices
  • Prepare programmes for development, design, documentation and construction phases
  • Write polished reports on construction status, analyse impacts and delays, and highlight time risks and opportunities
  • Arrange and attend meetings with stakeholders, including clients, consultants and contractors
  • Provide sound programming advice during all project phases, including contract administration, extension of time claims and delay analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary degree qualified in construction management, engineering or similar field.

Minimum 5+ years professional experience as a project planning/programming consultant on Australian construction projects over $25M.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and persuasive reports and advice
  • Proficient with Primavera P6, Asta PowerProject, Microsoft Project, PowerBI
  • Confident and professional communication and collaboration skills
