Job Title: Project PlannerWe are seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our team in Brisbane. As a Project Planner, you will play a key role in planning and scheduling projects to ensure timely completion.The successful candidate will have experience in project planning and scheduling, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Project Online. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans using appropriate project management methodologies
  • Collaborate with project owners and stakeholders to validate project requirements and align on clear objectives
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project milestones
  • Build and manage forward-looking schedules, publish regular updates, and monitor progress to keep projects on track
Requirements:
  • Experience in effective planning/scheduling of time-bound projects
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Project Online
