Lead Security Integration Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Security Integration Engineer to lead the integration of security requirements across our organization.

  • Translate security requirements into actionable tasks and lead the implementation of security controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks.
  • Enhance security efficiency by identifying gaps against global standards and implementing improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand security requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security Engineering, with expertise in cryptography, security monitoring, and incident response.
  • Proficient in secure coding practices with Java and Python.
  • Solid understanding of banking systems, operations, and compliance with relevant external regulations and standards.
  • Holds industry-recognized certifications such as OSCP or equivalent, demonstrating advanced offensive security capabilities.
