We are seeking to appoint a Senior Director years' industry experience) to support the growth of our Cybersecurity Services practice in Sydney (Aust citizen or PR status required). This role requires an experienced professional, who is used to delivering high quality, client deliverables, while also identifying opportunities to grow the business. This role will directly support the Senior Managing Director – Proactive Cyber services, and will have a breadth of experience across client delivery, business development and cybersecurity.
What You'll Do Act as a key point of contact to provide senior level support to the Senior Managing Director for Proactive Services , leading the development of client deliverables and supporting client engagement for the practice.
Working with the Senior Managing Director, actively build, grow and nurture client relationships to support the development of our client base.
Develop client deliverables for Proactive Cyber services, leveraging the support of junior staff in the team, to deliver high quality client artefacts to support the engagements across the following areas: Cyber strategy development, cyber program roadmap delivery, security policies and procedures development, controls assurance, cyber gap assessment and remediation, cyber due diligence, business impact assessments, business continuity plans, cyber resilience and crisis simulation and tabletop exercises.
Support clients in achieving compliance to regulation (e.g. CPS230, CPS234, SOCI etc.) by delivering actionable outcomes to achieve compliance to security standards and frameworks.
Team management and coaching of a small team that will be delivering on your engagements
Perform a wide range of cybersecurity engagements in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment.
Documentation and report writing that is accurate, concise and delivered in a timely manner to a large and sophisticated client base consisting of top-tier law firms, financial institutions and corporate enterprises.
Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, threats, methodologies and core technologies in order to assimilate client needs and design appropriate technical, compliance and governance solutions and services.
Contribute to the assessment of current threat identification techniques and development of new methodologies and frameworks.
