Job Description

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Service Delivery Officer. This position involves providing high-quality service to clients through various channels, including phone, web chat, email, paper, and online portals. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to understand individual client circumstances, and provide tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policy, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in meeting their taxation, superannuation, and registration obligations.
  • Provide empathetic and professional support for vulnerable clients and those experiencing hardship or crisis.
  • Navigate challenging interactions while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of current legislation and policies. A degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
