Electrical Site Supervisor Job Opportunity

This exciting role offers the chance to manage complex and innovative projects at the forefront of technology in the transport industry.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee site contractors, ensure on-site installations are deployed and tested safely, and maintain high-quality work standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise site contractors, ensuring on-site installations meet requirements and safety standards.
  • Act as liaison between subcontractors, client, and Project Managers, enforcing site safety, compliance, and quality control.
  • Coordinate installation and conduct inspections to ensure completed work meets relevant codes, client requirements, and standards.
  • Report to Project Manager and provide technical input to electrical design processes.
  • Develop and enforce procedures for safe execution of on-site tasks, assessing and managing site safety hazards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience as Electrical Supervisor on significant infrastructure or industrial projects.
  • Electrical Trade Qualification and current Victorian Electrical License.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical AUS/NZ standards and construction safety regulations.
  • Experience managing people and sub-contractors, ensuring they operate safely and in accordance with policies.
  • Competence in MS Office suite and Australian full driver's license.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
