Electrical Installation Lead

As an Electrical Installation Lead, you will play a vital role in our team by overseeing the installation of electrical systems and ensuring their safe operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatch to coordinate electrical installations.
  • Provide detailed estimates and complete jobs efficiently, adhering to national and local electrical codes.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and report any faulty equipment promptly.
  • Operate and care for equipment according to established standards.
  • Follow safety procedures and participate in safety programs to minimize risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures (Minimum 2+ years of experience).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical stamina for physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours/schedules including occasional on-call, nights, holidays, and weekends.
