Workshop Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily activities of our workshop.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the workshop
  • Coordinate tasks and ensure that all work is completed on time
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve their best
  • Monitor and control inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
