The Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to champion organisational compliance, lead the implementation of our Risk Management Framework and internal Quality Management System (QMS), oversee incident, complaint, audit, and accreditation processes, advise executive leaders on emerging risks, governance obligations, and compliance strategies, engage with regulators and funders to ensure high standards of service quality and safety, and foster a culture of risk awareness, transparency, and accountability.

This senior role requires extensive experience in compliance, quality, or risk roles within regulated sectors, strong working knowledge of frameworks such as NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, HACCP, ISO9001, and relevant legislation, excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and promote cultural change, exposure to both health and manufacturing/packaging environments, and experience in policy development, systems implementation, and Board-level reporting.

Your Skills and Expertise
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Risk, Quality, Governance, Law, or Health
  • Extensive senior experience in compliance, quality, or risk roles within regulated sectors
  • Strong working knowledge of frameworks such as NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, HACCP, ISO9001, and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and promote cultural change
  • Exposure to both health and manufacturing/packaging environments
  • Experience in policy development, systems implementation, and Board-level reporting
