Senior Leadership Role

  • Unify and stabilise the executive leadership team by attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Promote innovation and purposeful change in systems, technology, and service delivery.
  • Represent the Fraser Coast with credibility across local, state, and national forums, advocating for regionally significant projects and funding priorities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Elected Members, providing apolitical, high-quality advice to inform complex decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with diverse stakeholders, including Elected Members, community groups, and regional partners, to build strong relationships and advocate for regionally significant projects.

4. Communication

Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, providing clear, concise, and timely information to inform decision-making and drive organisational success.
