Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will provide operational assistance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Your role will involve building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing leadership and training to create a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with all procedures.

Working closely with the branch manager and team, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop strategies to enhance our services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual to make a real impact and contribute to our success.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence. They will be enthusiastic, ambitious, and committed to developing their career with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customers receive friendly and professional service
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture
  • Work closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a passion for sales and operational excellence
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and a strong desire to learn and build a career with us
  • Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable
  • Electrical wholesaling, trades, or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
