Job Description
As a key member of the delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the fit out works across station buildings. This includes architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, fire, communications, and other integrated systems. Your expertise will ensure the successful delivery of this project, which is one of Australia's most innovative transport projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of station fit out works.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage construction programs and schedules.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation.
  • Monitor site progress and lead reporting to project management.
  • Drive compliance with quality assurance, environmental, and health & safety standards.
  • Liaise with designers, consultants, and clients to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers to build a high-performing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a senior engineer or project engineer role delivering fit out, services, or architectural packages on large-scale infrastructure, transport, or building projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of construction methodologies and relevant Australian standards.
  • Commitment to delivering quality outcomes with a focus on safety and sustainability.
