The family-owned Fairview Park Cellarbrations Bottle Shop is seeking a Retail Manager.

As a small family business with ownership of a local hotel, we consider our team members as 'extended family' rather than just employees under large corporate ownership.

The Shop

Located in the Fairview Shopping Centre on Hancock Rd, FAIRVIEW PARK, this near-new, state-of-the-art detached bottleshop (under 2 years old) is approximately 30 minutes from the Adelaide CBD.

Positioned within the mall, adjacent to a large Romeo's supermarket, the shop offers rear loading access, undercover staff parking, and working conditions protected from the weather. Trading hours are from 9am to 7pm, with days of operation aligned with Romeo's supermarket, generally excluding Public Holidays when the supermarket is closed.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, fully trained Retail Manager for a full-time, salaried position.

Requirements include:

  • Responsible Person (RP) designation;
  • Minimum of three years' hands-on experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in a Cellarbrations or similar retail environment;
  • Responsibility for shop operations, including purchasing, stock control, sales, team management, roster creation, shop cleanliness, and meeting sales, GP%, wage, and KPI targets;
  • Dependability and efficiency;
  • Driver's license and own transport;
  • Trade networks to build your team;
  • Excellent retail and customer rapport skills, with a focus on service and creating a welcoming environment.

This is a full-time salaried role, and the successful candidate will become an integral part of our extended retail team.
