Job Title: Night Shift Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Night Shift Coordinator. As a key member of the night team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front office functions during late evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconciling daily takings from hotel outlets and ensuring accurate charges to guest rooms
  • Ensuring the safety and security of our guests by maintaining high levels of vigilance and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Completing the night audit process, including reconciliation and Excel reporting
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests checking in late or departing early

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with property management systems (PMS) and a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and time management abilities
  • A friendly and outgoing personality, with a strong ability to work unsupervised
  • Proven analytical skills, with a high level of computer literacy and accuracy
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
