Medical Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team in Canberra.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will handle all face-to-face and over the phone patient registrations, bookings, triage, and queries. This includes receiving payments, issuing receipts, completing billing and invoicing for patients, operating our booking system, and assisting with back office activities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Interpersonal skills and dedication to patient care
  • Able to balance competing priorities and tasks whilst maintaining timely service
  • Previous experience as a receptionist (medical or healthcare desirable)
