**Job Opportunity:** Patient Services Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing hospital operations, managing staff, and leading key teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of hospital administration functions
  • Leadership and management of the patient services team
  • Staff onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Management of Health Information Services and Clinical Coding Teams
  • Understanding of business processes and procedures
  • Overseeing the Patient Administration System (iPM)
  • Identifying customer needs and expectations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in management, including performance management and recruitment
  • High level IT skills, including Patient Administration Systems
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Able to lead a team and resolve interpersonal issues
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Clinical data management and analytical skills
  • Financial management experience
  • Ability to influence successful outcomes
