We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a People and Culture Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a shared inbox and respond to HR-related inquiries promptly.

  • Oversee HR documentation, employment contracts, and compliance requirements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support employee wellbeing initiatives and cyclical people activities across the organisation.
  • Contribute to projects enhancing employee experience and improving HR service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in shared inbox environments and managing competing demands.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and exhibit an agile mindset.
  • Hands-on HR administration experience is essential.
