Job Title: People and Culture Officer

  • You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and accurate customer-centric support.
  • Coordinating interviews, assisting on panels, and initiating pre-employment checks.
  • Managing HR documentation, employment contracts, and compliance requirements with precision.
  • Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives and cyclical people activities across the organisation.
  • Contributing to projects that improve employee experience and enhance HR service delivery.
  • Creating purchase orders and processing receipting to support the People Operations and wider People and Culture business unit.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • High level of initiative and autonomy, with a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a shared inbox environment and managing competing demands.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Hands-on HR administration experience.
