Team Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and supervise care provision in our residential care setting.

  • This role involves coordinating care needs, supervising staff, and ensuring holistic and person-centered care for residents.
  • You will work closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with AHPRA Registration to administer medication) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise care provision across designated areas
  • Support the coordination of care needs of residents including medication management, nutrition, and hydration
  • Lead/supervise care on the shift within designated wings or areas
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with AHPRA Registration)

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
