Job Description

The Team Lead role is pivotal in delivering exceptional care to residents at all times. The successful candidate will support the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse in supervising and coordinating care across the home, ensuring individual needs, wishes, and goals are met with dignity and respect.

This includes providing holistic and person-centred care provision to all residents, supporting coordination of care needs, including medication management, nutrition, hydration, and pressure care management. Additionally, the Team Lead will lead/supervise care on shifts within designated wings or areas, performing medicine-related tasks according to scope of qualification, state legislation, regulation, and policies.
