Food and Beverage Team Lead

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the restaurant service period, providing a high level of service to our guests and exceeding their expectations.
- Provide a friendly and genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Understand our guests' requirements and deliver service excellence to ensure they have a memorable experience.
- Assist with bar operational tasks as required and ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
- Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks and build and strengthen relationships with our guests to encourage repeat business.
- Plan and execute team building activities to foster a sense of community and belonging among our team members.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a strong understanding of hospitality operations. You will have a relevant management background, a current RSA, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
