About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at The Westin Perth. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Food and Beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, beverage, and labor expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional food, wine, and beverage knowledge.
  • Coffee skills highly regarded.
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
  • Have an understanding of cost of goods and pricing.
  • Able to maintain stock control.
  • Manage amenities set up.
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Have an eye for detail.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Be innovative but still follow direction.
