Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications, features, and integrations using Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex, and Lightning Components.
  • Developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Collaborating with other developers to review code, ensure best practices, and maintain code quality standards.
  • Managing and deploying changes using Salesforce change sets and/or version control tools, ensuring a controlled and efficient release process.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing timely support to users and administrators.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Required Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II
  • Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud is mandatory; experience in Health Cloud and OmniStudio is preferred
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Lightning Components, Flows
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative development tools
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
