Job Opportunity:

Industrial Light & Magic is seeking a skilled Texture Artist to join our Sydney studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing the desired look of complex CG models, including creatures and hard surface models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production teams to achieve advanced visual effects.
  • Participate in design solutions and provide feedback to team members.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level artists.
  • Meet deadlines and produce high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of VFX experience and a college-level diploma or higher in computer graphics, fine arts, or related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Maya, Mari, Zbrush, Photoshop, and UV unwrapping tools.
  • Ability to navigate complex pipelines and learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Modeling skills and knowledge of Katana/Look Dev.
