About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant (HCM) in our Workday Practice to support our clients and internal initiatives. You will play a crucial role in:

  • Facilitating client workshops and translating requirements into functional designs.
  • Partnering with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle – from design to go-live and hypercare.
  • Driving your own professional development by participating in training and learning from senior leaders.
  • Positively contributing to and impacting KPMG through initiatives that build our culture and capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating and leading client workshops to drive successful Workday HCM implementations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into functional designs.
  • Developing and delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Mentoring junior team members and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of successful delivery on Workday HCM implementations.
  • Workday HCM certification/s.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
