We are seeking an experienced and proactive financial services lawyer to join our team. As a key member of the legal team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal advice on domestic and international investments.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver commercially astute legal advice on investments across various asset classes.
- Lead due diligence across all investment types, including fund management agreements.
- Develop and manage relationships with external advisors.
- Contribute to strategic objectives and team initiatives.
