Job Summary

The Legal & Compliance Manager is an exciting opportunity to work in a global legal team.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Law (approx. 50%): Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, provide privacy advice, and coordinate local compliance efforts.
  • Compliance (approx. 50%): Implement and manage the company's compliance framework, ensure adherence to industry codes, and deliver staff training on relevant laws and ethics.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial law, including drafting commercial agreements.
  • Solid understanding of IP law.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to lead negotiations.
  • Ability to explain business risks in lay terms.
  • Commercially-minded approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
