AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Personal Injury Lawyer to join our client's team. As a key member of the plaintiff law firm, you will be responsible for managing your own files and liaising directly with clients, doctors, insurers, and solicitors.

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own files and cases from start to finish
  • Liaise directly with clients, doctors, insurers, and solicitors
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies
  • Conduct research and draft legal documents
  • Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements

Requirements

  • Admitted as a solicitor in NSW
  • Minimum 2-10 years of personal injury law experience
  • Experience in workers compensation and preferably CTP, work injury damages, and public liability
  • Strong technical legal knowledge and research skills
  • Excellent advocacy and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
