About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team as a Personal Injury Lawyer. As a key member of our plaintiff law firm, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of CTP and workers compensation claims, providing technical legal advice, and working closely with our partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of CTP and workers compensation claims, including obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence and legal research, and drafting pleadings and submissions.
- Provide technical legal advice to clients and colleagues, including on the viability of claims and the best course of action.
- Work closely with our partners and clients to achieve successful outcomes, including attending court and mediation conferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our plaintiff law firm, including through the identification of new business opportunities and the development of new services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Lawyer, with a strong track record of success in managing CTP and workers compensation claims.
- Strong technical legal skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and other legal software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
