Job Summary

AFL Recruitment is seeking a talented Personal Injury Lawyer to join our client's team. As a valued member of the team, you will assist senior partners and lawyers in handling personal injury litigation cases, obtaining justice for injured clients, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior partners and lawyers in handling personal injury litigation cases, including CTP, medical negligence, TPD, public liability, workers compensation, and child sex abuse.
  • Liaise with clients, doctors, solicitors, insurers, and other stakeholders to prepare letters, court documents, briefs to counsel, and file and diary management.
  • Conduct time recording and billing, and attend settlement conferences, mediations, and court hearings.

Requirements

  • Graduate or junior lawyer with a minimum of 6 months' experience in personal injury or insurance law.
  • Strong academics and proven ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and people skills.
  • Adaptable and results-driven, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Hungry to learn and advance your career in personal injury law with a reputable plaintiff law firm.
