To achieve this, you will establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including families, schools, and external organizations. These partnerships are crucial in providing comprehensive support to students and families.
About This RoleThis position requires experience in working with at-risk or disengaged students and families, as well as leadership skills and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
You will be responsible for leading the implementation of a youth support initiative, which involves providing support and supervision to team members, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the development of effective strategies to engage students and families.
The ideal candidate will possess cultural competency, particularly when working with First Nations students and diverse backgrounds.
