Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-million dollar offline media campaigns across traditional, streaming, and print channels to drive consumer growth and awareness.
  • Collaborate with agencies to optimize media buying and recommend new channels to identify incremental audiences and inventory for accelerating growth.
  • Lead process improvements in offline planning to enable hitting business goals through measurement roadmap optimization, A/B creative testing, and marketing media mix optimization.
  • Manage print channel end-to-end, including brief development, promo sizing, A/B creative testing, and testing of new vendor or placement opportunities across formats.
  • Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations with the speed and ownership to adjust tactics and strategies quickly based on learnings and opportunities.
  • Direct and manage agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets and build relationships for executional excellence.
  • Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels, including budget pacing, CPA, CVR, CAC, new customer acquisition, and volume goals.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across broader marketing, including brand, partnerships, analytics, and sales to uncover and present new opportunities for alignment.

Requirements

  • Experience with offline media and upper-funnel/mass awareness marketing channels.
  • Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of related digital performance marketing experience.
  • Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization across Linear TV, CTV/Streaming Video, Out of Home, Radio, Streaming Audio, Flyers, Inserts, and strategic planning either at an agency or in-house.
  • Deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV.
  • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, as well as a strong grasp of A/B testing, and metrics-driven performance marketing.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions.
  • Bias to action to achieve success in a fast-moving environment.
  • Agency experience and past experience managing clients directly (preferred).
  • Experience working on multi-sided marketplace businesses (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data processing scripts (preferred).
