Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description:

This newly created role is crucial to the continued growth of our organization and reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

  • Develop & execute successful Trade Marketing plans
  • Implement strategies which act as a conduit between customer needs & brand strategy
  • Liaise with a cross-functional team to ensure campaign success
  • Provide insights from retailers' purchasing criteria
  • Develop customer-specific activation campaigns
  • Partner with the broader marketing team, ensuring success
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Proven Trade Marketing experience in OTC/Healthcare/Medtech
  • Proven B2B & B2B2C marketing capabilities
  • Strong Digital capabilities
  • Expertise developing POS materials
  • Previous Sales experience advantageous
  • Exposure to various customer groups
  • Strong data analytics capabilities
  • Proven financial acumen
