**About the role**:

- Implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
- Executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives across multiple divisions, including Retail, Commercial, and Professional.
- Executing trade promotions and in-store campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
- Aligning with trade partners on marketing opportunities that support business objectives, such as Go-To-Market campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conducting store visits to review in-store execution in line with the team calendar.
- Managing the printing and distribution of marketing materials, including promotional and evergreen Point of Sale materials.
- Communicating all POS executions, trade presenters, and digital materials with Sales representatives and trade partners.
- Coordinating the end-to-end development and execution of promotions, including writing terms and conditions, developing materials with the Graphic Designer, and uploading promotions to the website and agency portal.
- Coordinating promotional outcomes and reviews for presentation.
- Supporting the Head of Marketing and Product with fixtures and in-store displays, including coordinating design, quote approval, installation, and ensuring compliance with display guidelines.
- Managing the annual planning cycle for new display and fixture requests, in collaboration with the Sales leadership team.
- Managing photos of existing display assets in a shared library and coordinating the movement of displays in the system.
- Handling ad-hoc requests and preparing budget commitments by project, managing invoices for approval.

- Ability to maintain brand consistency across materials.
- Budget management and cost control experience.
- Creative development of POS materials.
- Analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., AS400).
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
