Job Description:

Our Information Security Centre is responsible for safeguarding our clients' data from cyber threats. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Centre Manager to lead and oversee the operational performance of our security team.

 

  • Lead and support your team to deliver exceptional results and promote a collaborative culture.
  • Oversee talent management, including onboarding, performance reviews, and career development.
  • Manage daily operations, such as triage, escalations, and shift coordination.
  • Promote staff wellbeing and fairness in rostering.
  • Ensure efficient operations, meeting service level agreements and incident response targets.
  • Manage scheduling and resource allocation for 24/7 coverage.
  • Oversee analyst tier escalations and critical incident resolution.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge practices.
  • Act as the operational escalation point for team leads.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or IT and 5+ years of experience in information security, including 2+ years of leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, incident response, and security frameworks.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., GCIA, GCIH), Power BI experience, and audit exposure.

• Strong leadership, operational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Strategic mindset and technical depth in cyber tools and governance.
