Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting skills, qualifications and expertise required to deliver world-leading outcomes in the Defence Science & Technology workforce.

Additionally, they will work collaboratively with others to leverage research and data-driven solutions that are fit for purpose and aligned to strategy.

About Our Workforce Capability Team

We are part of the Research Technology and Operations Division, delivering specialist capabilities to Defence Innovation Science and Technology.

The Workforce Capability and Talent Branch builds Defence capability through strategic management of the Defence S&T workforce.

Our team leads the implementation of the Brilliant People, Collaborative Culture pillar of the More, Together: Defence Science and Technology Strategy 2030.
