Job Title: Senior Environmental Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned environmental consultant to join our team in North Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contaminated site assessment and remediation, with excellent technical reporting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on various projects across major infrastructure, urban developments, landfills, waste management, and mining sites. They will also have the opportunity to mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of proprietary technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective remediation strategies for contaminated sites
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations that meet industry standards
  • Collaborate with senior staff and other teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
  • Mentor junior consultants and graduates to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of innovative technologies and solutions

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in environmental consulting
  • Strong technical reporting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related field
