Lead the way in creating positive change for children and young people. As Manager of Operations, you'll drive innovation and excellence in our home-based care services.

This role is about building better systems, empowering teams, and championing the voices of those we serve. You'll shape strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality care that truly makes a difference.

You'll be responsible for advising and supporting team members, monitoring service delivery targets, and addressing quality concerns. You'll also prepare funding applications and administer program services according to service plans and funding requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of issues confronting disadvantaged children, young people, and their families, particularly those involved with the Child Protection system.
  • Show an understanding of the Child Protection system and its role in the service system.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of legislation, standards, and guidelines within the health and community services sector.
  • Showcase leadership skills and ability to facilitate a team approach to achieve service objectives.
  • Demonstrate understanding of implementing therapeutic care to children, young people, and their carers.
