Team Leader Job Opportunity

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our store by inspiring your peers to deliver exceptional results every day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading from the front, supporting the smooth operation of the store, handling customer queries and concerns, and motivating the team to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the team's performance to reach key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support the efficient operation of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and championing best practices in stock, service, safety, operational procedures, and visual merchandising
