Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing your territory, growing wholesale sales via a dealer network in accordance with annual KPIs and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a business advisor for the dealer network, providing expert guidance and support.
  2. Develop and maintain a network of Window Fashion Gallery dealers, Showcase Dealers, and other Resellers, ensuring they meet demographic criteria and adhere to marketing guidelines.
  3. Grow market share by developing and servicing branded and unbranded wholesale dealers, establishing new accounts, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
  4. Strategically plan sales growth within the current dealer network, meeting target sales figures.
  5. Sources new dealers, expanding the network and increasing sales revenue.
  6. Travel across SA and WA, maintaining relationships with dealers and clients.
  7. Maintain gross profit levels, adhering to channel criteria.
  8. Foster strong relationships with the dealer network, creating an environment conducive to relationship selling.
  9. Assist in creating business plans for each dealer, focusing on advertising and promotional programs.
  10. Organize regular training sessions for dealers, promoting product knowledge and sales techniques.
  11. Take a company-wide view of customer operations, identifying opportunities for additional sales channels.
  12. Cascade wholesale marketing programs to the dealer network in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Meet team members' annual safety KPIs and contribute to achieving team safety targets.
