Admissions Cashier Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Admissions Cashier. In this position, you will provide exceptional guest service and ensure a seamless entry experience for our visitors.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding product knowledge of ticket and entry conditions to maximize sales potential
  • Cultivate revenue opportunities by effectively upselling and value-adding
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at entry points, including crowd control and management
  • Process eftpos transactions and manage cash handling with precision, focusing on ticket booth shifts only
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior experience in guest-facing roles is highly beneficial
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, with above-average typing speed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays
  • Capacity to adapt to evening functions, such as special events and themed nights
